What's inside, and why it's there.

Tadalafil
20mg

Tadalafil

Keeps blood flow elevated for up to 36 hours. A PDE5 inhibitor that enhances the nitric oxide pathway.

PDE5 Inhibitor
Bremelanotide
5mg

Bremelanotide

Activates the melanocortin receptor at the brain. Where PDE5 inhibitors handle mechanics, this handles the wanting.

MC4R Agonist · Peptide
Pycnogenol
25mg

Pycnogenol

French maritime pine bark polyphenols. Supports nitric oxide and vascular tone so the mechanism has something to work with.

The old path

Separate visits. Separate scripts.
Unclear totals.

Retail pharmacies rarely carry compounded formulas tuned to your intake. Men stack separate visits, separate scripts, separate premiums, and still miss the combined formula.

The WellMensRX path

One intake. One tablet.
Unmarked package.

Everything in one compounded formula, reviewed same-day by a US-licensed physician and shipped overnight in plain packaging.

Safety information

What to know before your intake.

Your reviewing physician screens for contraindications and interactions. Disclose everything — current prescriptions, OTC medications, supplements, and medical history — during the intake so they can catch anything below that would make this formula unsafe for you.

PDE5 inhibitors (tadalafil, sildenafil, vardenafil)
  • Do not take with nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide) or recreational nitrites ("poppers") — combination can cause severe, potentially fatal low blood pressure.
  • Use caution with alpha-blockers (doxazosin, tamsulosin) and other blood-pressure medications — can cause lightheadedness or fainting.
  • Not appropriate if you have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or severe cardiovascular disease, or have uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension.
  • Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) or sudden vision or hearing loss.
  • Common side effects: headache, flushing, mild nasal congestion, back pain, indigestion. Usually mild and transient.
Bremelanotide (MC4R melanocortin agonist)
  • Can transiently raise blood pressure and lower heart rate. Not appropriate if you have uncontrolled or high-risk cardiovascular disease.
  • Most common side effect: nausea, especially on the first dose. Taking with food can reduce nausea.
  • Can cause focal darkening of the skin (melanocyte stimulation) with frequent use — usually reversible.
  • Do not use more than one dose within 24 hours or more than 8 doses per month.
  • Disclose all medications at intake, including blood-pressure medications.
Pycnogenol (botanical)
  • May have mild blood-thinning effects. If you take warfarin, heparin, aspirin, clopidogrel, or other anticoagulants, tell your prescriber.
  • Discontinue at least 2 weeks before scheduled surgery.

Do not share your prescription. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for the patient named on the label and should never be given, sold, or shared with another person. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

In their words

What members have said.

Attribution limited to initials, age, and state — full names are never published.

Cialis alone stopped doing it for me a year ago. The troche pulled the wanting back — that's the part I'd been missing, not the hardness.

M.R. 52 Texas

I was skeptical a sublingual could do what the injection does. Two rounds in I stopped caring how it worked.

D.C. 49 Arizona

The pycnogenol is the sleeper in this. After a month my morning erections came back on their own. That told me more than anything else.

R.T. 56 Florida

Never got anywhere with urology. Same pill, same shrug. This is the first thing anyone offered that worked on more than the plumbing.

A.B. 58 Georgia

Nausea the first time, almost none the second. Turns out eating something before made the difference.

F.M. 46 Ohio second dose

Plain envelope, no branding. My mother-in-law was visiting when it arrived and she handed it to me without a second glance.

N.H. 42 Oregon packaging

First dose I got a light flush and the urge to stretch, which was weird. By the time we got to bed I wasn't watching the clock for once.

J.W. 47 California first order

My wife noticed before I did. She said I was looking at her again. That one sentence was worth the whole subscription.

K.L. 54 Illinois month 2

Took half a dose the first night — enough of a hint to know the full dose was going to be a lot. Glad I eased in.

P.V. 44 Washington

Took it on a Friday for a quiet weekend and spent Saturday morning surprised by a random one at the kitchen counter. Haven't had that in years.

T.S. 51 New York

I don't care about marketing copy. I care that I wanted my wife on a random Tuesday night for the first time in a long while.

L.O. 55 North Carolina

I'm 61 and I thought that part of me was done. The first real kick took about ninety minutes and lasted the rest of the night. It's not fireworks — it's just me again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Formula

Why three ingredients instead of just tadalafil?

Tadalafil handles the mechanics. Bremelanotide works on the central arousal pathway — the part of desire that pills like Viagra and Cialis do not touch. Pycnogenol supports vascular tone underneath both. One tablet, three mechanisms, because most men who feel stuck need more than blood flow alone.

Tadalafil · Bremelanotide · Pycnogenol
Window

How long does one tablet actually last?

Up to 36 hours of mechanical readiness from the tadalafil. Desire signal from bremelanotide peaks inside the first few hours and tapers after. You do not need to time the dose to the minute — take it and the window is open for a day and a half.

Cost

How does this compare to stacking separate prescriptions?

Retail pharmacies rarely carry bremelanotide at all, and buying tadalafil and a dopamine-arousal agent on separate scripts means separate visits, separate copays, separate deliveries. Overdrive Plus is one compounded tablet at $7.19 per dose on the 18-count — the combined version costs less than most single-ingredient brand-name pills.

Fit

I've tried Viagra or Cialis and it wasn't enough. Is this different?

If the issue was desire — not just rigidity — then yes, this is built for that. PDE5 inhibitors alone can leave men firm but flat. Adding bremelanotide is what men report as the missing piece. If your issue is purely mechanical, Mach 1's dual-PDE5 stack may be a better match.

Desire + mechanics
Cadence

How often do most men take it?

Two to three times a week is the most common rhythm, which is why the 18-count pack fits most men. It is built for on-demand use — not a daily pill. Your prescriber sets the ceiling based on your intake.

On-demand
Legitimacy

Is this a real prescription?

Yes. Overdrive Plus is written by a US-licensed prescriber after your intake review and compounded by a US-licensed pharmacy. This is not a supplement and not an overseas workaround — it is prescription medication, shipped to your door in unmarked packaging.
