What's inside, and why it's there.

Sildenafil
80mg

Sildenafil

The original PDE5 inhibitor. Faster onset than tadalafil, same nitric oxide pathway. For when timing matters more than window.

PDE5 Inhibitor
Pycnogenol
50mg

Pycnogenol

French maritime pine bark polyphenols. Supports nitric oxide and vascular tone so the mechanism has something to work with.

The old path

Separate visits. Separate scripts.
Unclear totals.

Retail pharmacies rarely carry compounded formulas tuned to your intake. Men stack separate visits, separate scripts, separate premiums, and still miss the combined formula.

The WellMensRX path

One intake. One tablet.
Unmarked package.

Everything in one compounded formula, reviewed same-day by a US-licensed physician and shipped overnight in plain packaging.

Safety information

What to know before your intake.

Your reviewing physician screens for contraindications and interactions. Disclose everything — current prescriptions, OTC medications, supplements, and medical history — during the intake so they can catch anything below that would make this formula unsafe for you.

PDE5 inhibitors (tadalafil, sildenafil, vardenafil)
  • Do not take with nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide) or recreational nitrites ("poppers") — combination can cause severe, potentially fatal low blood pressure.
  • Use caution with alpha-blockers (doxazosin, tamsulosin) and other blood-pressure medications — can cause lightheadedness or fainting.
  • Not appropriate if you have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or severe cardiovascular disease, or have uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension.
  • Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) or sudden vision or hearing loss.
  • Common side effects: headache, flushing, mild nasal congestion, back pain, indigestion. Usually mild and transient.
Pycnogenol (botanical)
  • May have mild blood-thinning effects. If you take warfarin, heparin, aspirin, clopidogrel, or other anticoagulants, tell your prescriber.
  • Discontinue at least 2 weeks before scheduled surgery.

Do not share your prescription. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for the patient named on the label and should never be given, sold, or shared with another person. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

What members have said.

Been on 50mg sildenafil from the pharmacy for six years. The 80mg with pycnogenol is a different category.

B.H. 56 Texas

Flush in the face for about an hour. My wife thinks it's cute, which is more than she's ever said about a prescription.

E.A. 52 California

My regular sildenafil stopped feeling consistent. This one is. I suspect the pycnogenol is doing more than I give it credit for.

S.D. 59 New York

Used it for an anniversary weekend. Held up through all of it. She called it a good week on a Monday.

T.O. 53 Illinois

Don't need it often. Nice to have a few on hand that I trust without needing to call anyone to get the refill.

F.G. 50 Oregon

45 minutes and it's on. Dinner, wine, then back home and not watching the clock. That's the whole thing for me.

J.M. 48 Florida

No nausea, no weird head stuff, just the erection I was hoping for. I wish I'd switched sooner.

K.R. 44 Arizona

Got a blue-tinted vision thing the first time, mild, went away. Worth the heads-up if you drive at night.

P.N. 47 Minnesota side effect

Compared to what my dad used to complain about from the VA, this is ten steps ahead. Different era.

R.L. 45 Georgia

Ordered on a Tuesday, discreet envelope Friday. That's faster than my pharmacy has ever been.

Frequently Asked Questions

Formula

How is this different from brand-name Viagra?

Same active family — sildenafil — compounded sublingual at 80 mg rather than the 50 or 100 mg oral tablet. Sublingual absorbs under the tongue and skips first-pass metabolism, so onset tends to be faster than swallowing a pill. Pycnogenol at 50 mg supports the vascular tone sildenafil works through.

Onset

How fast does it actually hit?

Most men feel it inside 30 minutes — often faster with the sublingual route. The effect is clean on, clean off. That predictability is the point of Drive: you know the window, you plan around it, you move on.

30-minute onset
Window

How long does one tablet last?

Several hours of active window, with the peak in the first two. Unlike tadalafil's 36-hour coverage, sildenafil runs a shorter, sharper curve — which most men prefer when they want the effect targeted to a specific evening.

Hours-long window
Cost

What does this cost per dose?

The 18-count pack lands at $5.05 per dose. Brand-name Viagra at retail runs $70 or more per pill without insurance. Drive is compounded, priced to be used without thinking about the cost of each tablet.

From $5.05 per dose
Fit

What if I've tried sildenafil and it wasn't strong enough?

Drive sits at 80 mg, which is above the standard 50 mg prescription dose. If that still is not enough, Mach 1 stacks tadalafil with sildenafil for dual-PDE5 coverage. Your prescriber can route you there during intake.

Confidence

Will it work the first time?

Most men feel it on the first dose because 80 mg sublingual is above the standard starter dose and bypasses stomach absorption. If your prescriber reviews your intake and thinks another formula fits better, they will route you to the right match before the script is written.
